PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

There is a 5-day turnaround time. Once an item has shipped, a tracking number will be sent. Products are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Product returns are permitted only when products arrive damaged. Product exchanges are permitted only when the slides do not fit. Otherwise, all sales are final.

The slides must be returned unworn, without damage and in the original packaging or the exchange or return will not be honored.

COLOUR PALETTE REQUESTS

Customer can request a custom colour palette for our Hand-Painted Denim Slide. Customer must select their choice of proofing and production. There are 2 options:

1- Before we begin production, we can send a design proof to your email for approval. This option adds two extra days to production time, in addition to time needed to change the design and process approval requests.

2- We can create your design and begin production without sending a proof.

STRAP DESIGN REQUESTS

Customer can request a customized strap design. Customer must select their choice of proofing and production. There are 2 options:

1- Before we begin production, we can send a design proof to your email for approval. This option adds two extra days to production time, in addition to time needed to change the design and process approval requests.

2- We can create your design and begin production without sending a proof.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Avoid wearing your handmade slides in heavy rain.

If worn while raining, place slides in a room temperature space (a space that is not too cold or humid), then let dry and re-cure for 48 hours before wearing them again.

Note: Wearing the jean slides while they are wet makes them susceptible to getting dirty faster. Letting them dry for 48 hours will prevent slides from staining because of dirt and debris.

Note: To ensure that the slides will hold up overtime, I use an adhesive with high viscosity levels to protect against moisture; I also use a professional grade paint and paint coats for maximum strength.

QUICK CLEANING TIPS

I recommend a medium bristle toothbrush for cleaning the slides of debris/dirt. Move toothbrush in circular motion.

• Use lukewarm water.

• Ratio 1:3 (1 part stain remover/gentle cleanser to 3 parts water)

• Give your slides 48 hours to re-cure and dry.

Recommended stain removers: OxiClean Max Force or Shout.

Recommended soap cleansers: Ivory or Dawn.

I offer whole sizes only. If you wear a size 9 1/2, for example, roundup to nearest whole size, 10.
